The classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those who already have some experience of meditation.

No, online classes and events are available only at the time announced as a live-stream.

Weekly classes are not recorded. Audio recording of our weekend courses are available to purchase. Contact the Education Programme Coordinator to order a recording.

Online access to our classes and courses is only available for monthly members living in the Greater Wellington region. To receive online access, please sign up for a membership and then contact the Education Programme Coordinator to request online access to a class or course.

Please note, to attend a course online you need to be a full Centre Member. Class Members can only attend classes online.

No, our live streaming operates on the YouTube platform which is accessible directly from your favourite browser.

We ask that you do not share your link with others.

Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington has been relocated to Khandallah, in a tranquil and lush location yet close to public transport and parking. Our new address is 2 Ardross Avenue.

We are currently looking for a new location for our Centre. There are a multitude of possibilities for what our future Centre will look like and where it will be located, and we would love your guidance to find the solution that best serves the needs and wishes of our community and of Wellington as a whole.
