The Healing Power of Meditation • Guided Day Retreat With Kadam Birgit

About the Guided Day Retreat

Our mind has the potential to be our greatest healer.

In this retreat we will be guided in the ancient meditation practice known as ‘taking and giving’. Taking and giving is a powerful and well-known healing meditation practice that cultivates mental peace and happiness while helping us to overcome and transform emotional pain, grief, loss, and even physical suffering. It is especially beneficial at times where we feel powerless to help others or overcome adversity.
This inspiring retreat will be guided by visiting teacher Kadam Birgit Saunders and will include practical teachings and straightforward meditations suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. Join us and learn how to heal your mind and enhance your experience of love, compassion, and wisdom.
