The Four Noble Truths • Friday Night Lecture

About the Evening Lecture

The Four Noble Truths encapsulate the essence of all of Buddha’s 84,000 teachings. These teachings are just as relevant for us today as they were when Buddha Shakyamuni first gave these teachings over 2,500 years ago.

Understanding, contemplating and meditating on the Four Noble Truths will enable us to let go of all of our negative and mistaken ways of thinking that give rise to all our day-to-day problems. This will encourage us to put effort into developing our mind to its full potential, until we come to inhabit a state completely beyond sorrow.

Cost

Standard: $15
Unwaged: $10 (use coupon unwaged during checkout)
Course Card holders: Free
