About the Public Talk
It often feels like no matter how hard we try, happiness is hard to find and doesn’t last. In this public talk, Kelsang Lachpa will introduce us to a fundamental Buddhist teaching – that the source of our happiness lies within our mind, not in external development and material wealth. Buddha taught logical, proven methods to increase our experience of inner peace and happiness, which we can learn how to practice through meditation.
“If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.” Geshe Kelsang Gyasto
Join us for this uplifting talk and discover practical, compassionate methods to create a peaceful and positive mind, from the inside out.
