Buddha’s Advice for a Happy Life ~ Free Public Talk

About the Public Talk

Let’s face it—our mood can make or break our day. That’s why a peaceful, balanced, and positive mind isn’t just a luxury—it’s the foundation of a truly happy life.

The good news is that we can train our minds to be that way – peaceful and happy. Through the practice of meditation, we can transform our mind from a negative state to a positive one. With regular practice, these uplifting and peaceful states of mind become second nature and we become resilient, joyful, happy and more connected to those around us.

Everyone is welcome.

The Centre is located close to the Nairnville Recreation Centre. There is street parking available in the surrounding streets (including Calcutta St). Please do not park on Ardross Avenue as parking spaces are very limited and reserved for the residents on that street.
