Wisdom & Imagination – The True Nature of Reality
with International Teacher and Kadampa Buddhist Monk Gen Kelsang Dornying
Sunday • 30 September • 9:30am – 3:45pm

Our mind has enormous power to shape our day to day experiences – in reality all our experiences are determined or created by our mind. Buddhism teaches us how we can harness this power to create a life of happiness and fulfilment by developing our wisdom and imagination.

On this course, Gen Kelsang Dornying will explore the role our mind plays in creating our reality and will introduce Buddhist wisdom and meditation techniques that lead us towards positive change. By adopting this profound wisdom, we can stop grasping at our limitations and instead set our life on a trajectory to realising our own limitless potential.

Everyone is welcome.
