ABOUT THE COURSE
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.
On this workshop we will learn Buddhist techniques to help us respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way we will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome minds such as anger and frustration, and discover true inner peace.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kelsang Lachpa is a New Zealand Buddhist monk and the Education Programme Coordinator for Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. He is known for his heartfelt, light and inspiring teachings.
