ABOUT THE COURSE

The way in which we relate to our self affects every area of our life. Therefore we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us. Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence.

On this meditation day course we will learn these techniques for enjoying stable self esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self transformation.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.

Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
