Join internationally renowned teacher and Kadampa Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, at the InterContinental Wellington for a life-changing public talk on happiness.

At this talk, open to everyone, Gen-la Jampa will explain how we can improve the quality of our life through changing our mind. By tapping into this potential for permanent inner peace, we can make true happiness our everyday reality.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is an internationally renowned Buddhist ordained teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU).

​As a senior teacher of the NKT, Gen-la Jampa has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many years and under his guidance has taught at many centers and events internationally.

Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.

Gen-la Jampa is also teaching at the New Zealand Festival (18 – 21 January).
