This 4-week course in Modern Buddhism will explore positive thinking techniques of the world’s happiest people. Be guided through step-by-step instructions to uplifting states of mind, mental stillness and inner resilience. Become a truly happy person regardless of life’s difficulties and an inspiring force for the people around you.

Each class begins with guided breathing meditation, to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. Kadampa teacher Michele Lint will then give a practical teaching based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives. The class concludes with a guided meditation, designed to help us take the teaching to heart in such a way that we are confident in beginning to practice it on our own.
