Meditation Challenge
Build a Habit of Daily Meditation
5 – 10 January, 2019

We all want to have a calm and peaceful mind and daily meditation is the best way to learn to be peaceful. However new habits can be hard to develop and many people find establishing a daily practice difficult. To help you start 2019 in a positive and meaningful way we invite you to take the meditation challenge.

Taught by qualified Kadampa Buddhist teachers, each session will consist of a brief teaching and two guided meditations. Drop-in to any or all of the sessions.
