Habits of Happy People – 4 Week Series (Oct 6, 13, 20 & 27)

We can all follow thoughts and ideas that lead to happiness rather than unhappiness. Simply understood, happy people have beautiful minds. In this course we will explore how to develop positive states of mind, which lead to mental stillness, inner resilience and happiness. Become a truly happy person regardless of life’s difficulties and an inspiring force for the people around you.

Overcoming Stress – 4 Week Series (Nov 3, 10, 17 & 24)

Few things can be more debilitating than ongoing stress. Learn techniques to reduce stress and its underlying causes and how to deeply relax your body and mind. In this way we can stay strong, peaceful and inwardly protected in the face of life’s challenges.

How to Solve our Human Problems Classes (weekly until Thu 17 Dec)

Our negative states of mind create endless problems for ourselves and others, and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes to be happy. In these classes, based on the book How To Solve Our Human Problems, we will learn simple meditation techniques which guide us to an oasis of peace within our hearts. These weekly classes are especially suited to those who wish to study and practise meditation and Buddhism in greater depth.
