ABOUT THE COURSE

Do you find yourself longing to re-live the past? Reminiscing about exciting relationships, lost loved-ones and past experiences? Or are you troubled by past traumas and harm that you cannot let go of? These emotional problems affect us all at some time in our lives and leave us feeling empty, dissatisfied and unable to enjoy life.

On this course, Buddhist nun Kelsang Shechog will teach the art of letting go. She will explain the positive thinking techniques and meditations that remove the source of our pain and allow us to finally let go, leading to a tremendous feeling of freedom and happiness. This course will give you practical tools to move forward in your life.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.

Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
