Each class begins with guided breathing meditation, to help settle the mind, let go of distractions and cultivate inner peace. Our Teacher, Michele Lint, will then give a practical teaching based on the topic of the class series and explain how we can integrate Buddha’s timeless wisdom into our busy daily lives. The class concludes with a guided meditation, designed to help us take the teaching to heart in such a way that we are confident in beginning to practice it on our own.
Afterwards there is opportunity for questions and discussion, and a chance to talk to the teacher and other students informally.
