The Bliss of Concentration ~ Guided Day Retreat

About the Guided Day Retreat

Please Note: This Day Retreat will now be taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Pagma.
From concentration comes peace.
Our ability to remain mindful and focused on peaceful, positive states of mind is essential to a happy life. Developing a strong and stable experience of concentration is fundamental to the development of deeply peaceful states of mind and higher spiritual realizations.
The meditation on the nature of the mind is seen as the best object for improving our concentration.
Join this day retreat to experience simple meditations that bring mental clarity and inner peace by focusing on the mind itself.
The retreat begins with a meditation to temporarily set aside physical distractions, followed by an exploration of the mind’s natural clarity. Finally, you’ll be guided to connect with your root mind, uncovering your inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.
