Silencing the Inner Critic • Day Course

Please note
This course, originally to be given by Gen Kelsang Dornying, will now be given by Gen Kelsang Rabten.

About the Course

We all have an unhelpful habit of harsh self-criticism that not only disturbs our mental peace but actually holds us back from being the person we want to be. Far from being reliable, our inner critic can often prevent us from living the life we really want to live.
Learn to recognise this inner critic as it operates in your life and relationships, and discover through meditation how to let go of this painful habit.

At this day course, international guest teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Rabten will guide us in practical and effective meditations and ways of thinking that enable us to become happier, more content and comfortable in our life.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
