About the Course

The way in which we relate to our self affects every area of our life. Therefore, we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us. Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence.

On this meditation workshop we will learn these techniques for enjoying stable self esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self-transformation.
