At the New Zealand Festival, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition of Modern Buddhism, will grant the empowerment of Buddha Vajrapani – the Buddha of spiritual power, and give teachings on Transforming Adverse Conditions.
