The Way of Wisdom • New Zealand Festival 2021

About the Festival

Empowerment of Buddha Prajnaparamita and teachings on the Three Principal Aspects of the Path.
During this special event, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will grant the empowerment of The Great Mother Prajnaparamita. An empowerment is a special transmission of insight and experience – a beautiful guided meditation during which we receive the blessings of a particular enlightened being. Meeting Prajnaparamita and receiving her empowering blessings will ignite our own inner light of wisdom, so that we become a truly beneficial being in this world.
Following the empowerment, Gen-la will give teachings on ‘The Three Principal Aspects of the Path’, a timeless text composed by Je Tsongkhapa and carefully translated by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in his book ‘The Mirror of Dharma with Additions’. By taking these teachings to heart, we can realise Buddha’s ultimate view, and become an enlightened being ourself.

Cost is $170 and includes the whole event. Additionally, audio recordings can be purchased for $50.

We will be screening all sessions at the Centre. Please feel warmly invited to join us. To attend the Centre sessions you will need to book for the Festival via the Festival website.

All sessions, including meditations, will also be available to view online live or on replay until 11 December including.

Booking is required to secure your place. Please visit the Festival website for more information and to book.
