Lachpa is known for his thoughtful insights into Buddha’s teachings and his joyful practical approach to teaching.

About the Meditation Challenge
Each session will be guided by a qualified Kadampa Buddhist Teacher.
Cost
Vegetarian lunch and refreshments are provided. Vegan and gluten-free options available.
Standard: $65/day
Unwaged: $45/day (use coupon unwaged during checkout)
Course & Study Card holders: $10/day for lunch
Great Card holders: Free
Venue & Parking
The Centre is located close to the Nairnville Recreation Centre. There is street parking available in the surrounding streets (including Calcutta St). Please do not park on Ardross Avenue as parking spaces are very limited and reserved for the residents on that street.
