Meditation Challenge • Build a Practice of Meditation

About the Meditation Challenge

We are creatures of habit. We know that when we first take up an activity it’s always hard even if we enjoy it or understand its benefits. This initial uphill can often feel insurmountable, but we know that the more we become familiar with something and the more we integrate it into our daily life, the easier it becomes to continually make progress.
Start the year in a positive and meaningful way and give yourself the best chance of success in your meditation practice. Lay the foundation for the habit of meditating with two days of four guided meditation sessions each day. Whether you are yet to start such a practice or are trying to rebuild it, this weekend meditation challenge is for you.

Each session will be guided by a qualified Kadampa Buddhist Teacher.
