Meditation and Mindfulness • 3-Week Series

About the Course

During this 3-part series you will learn the art of meditation, with a particular focus on training in mindfulness. Training in mindfulness is not just about being present, but actively improving our mind by keeping it focused on positive ways of thinking and being. The function of mindfulness is to overcome distracting and negative thoughts that prevent us from being positive, calm and peaceful. Mindfulness is the very heart of meditation practice.

This beginner-friendly course is also a helpful refresher for more experienced students. To receive the most benefit from this course we recommend attending all three classes, however it is also fine to attend any week as each class is self-contained.
