Learn to Meditate • 3-Week Course

About the Course

Many of us understand how powerful meditation can be for finding happiness and solving problems. At the beginning we often need some guidance to get off to a confident start. You might be wondering: how do I begin? How long should I meditate for? What is meditation exactly, is it simply sitting quietly? What about those apps — are they any good?
Get the answers to all these questions and more at our learn to meditate 3-week course. Buddhist teacher Alex Nikolova will teach proven strategies for calming the mind, reducing stress, and finding peace wherever you are.
This beginner-friendly course is also a helpful refresher for more experienced students.

To get the most out of this course we recommend attending all three classes, however it is also fine to drop-in any week — each class is self-contained.
