The Path to Inner Peace • Guided Lamrim Retreat
About the Guided Retreat
In this retreat we will explore the extraordinarily practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings known as Lamrim, or ‘stages of the path to enlightenment’. Each session is a wonderful opportunity to improve our wisdom and concentration through listening to, contemplating, and meditating on meaningful topics. By gaining experience of Lamrim meditations we overcome our faults, solve our daily problems and draw closer to the lasting happiness we all wish for.
This retreat begins with an introductory talk by Resident Teacher Kelsang Lachpa. Each session consists of short preparatory prayers, a teaching and a guided meditation. Everyone is welcome regardless of background or experience.
