Invest in Yourself: Making Time for Meditation • Inspiring Evening Talk

Important Information
Please note that there has been a change of teacher and this talk will now be given by Kelsang Luma, visiting guest teacher from Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Melbourne.

About the Evening Talk

We often make resolutions to engage in certain activities that we know are good for us. But so often as time goes by our determination wanes and we find ourselves engaging less and less with that activity until we give it up completely. This is because we do not have the tools to sustain our enthusiasm and joyful effort.

Meditation is crucial to our emotional and even physical wellbeing yet most of us struggle to find time for regular meditation in our busy daily schedule. The truth is none of us ever have time, we need to make time for the things that matter. And if we deeply wish for something, making time becomes easy.

In this special evening public talk, international visiting Teacher and Buddhist Nun Kelsang Luma will inspire us to invest in ourselves and make the time for meditation, and in this way enable us to keep our mind peaceful and controlled all day long, every day.

Suitable for everybody, no experience necessary. Walk-ins welcome.
