Who Am I? Introduction to Tantra Day Course • In-Person

About the Course

Do you feel you have been the exact same person your entire life? Or is it more accurate to say that there have been many versions of you throughout the years, or even throughout today?

Buddha’s Tantric teachings and meditations are all about taking charge of our own identity and steering it in meaningful directions. By imagining ourself as more loving, more compassionate and more wise we can break out of the prison of our own mundane appearances and ideas, and awaken our vast potential for happiness.

Authentic qualified instructions on Tantra are rare to find. On this day course Gen Kelsang Rabten will help us learn the correct explanation of what Tantra is, how Tantra works and the beautiful methods to meditate on these teachings.

This course is suitable for beginners and all levels of experience.

Important Information: Due to the ongoing global pandemic and the current restrictions on entry into New Zealand, Gen Rabten will be unable to teach this course in-person. His teachings will be shown on a large screen at Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington.

Cost

$50 | unwaged $40 (FREE for Centre Members). Includes refreshments.

There will be break for lunch from 12.30pm – 1.30pm. You are welcome to bring your own vegetarian lunch to enjoy at our Meditation Centre, or take a short stroll to enjoy the nearby Island Bay cafes.

Booking is required to secure your place. Please see below to book.
