About the Course

This day course is part of our weekend of gratitude but can be attended on its own.

In our uncertain, confusing and challenging world where can we turn to find inner strength and mental peace?

In his teachings on training the mind, Buddha taught many methods for transforming difficult situations into opportunities for spiritual growth. By applying these teachings, we can learn to cultivate a peaceful and positive mind, even in challenging times.

In this day course we will explore powerful and practical techniques that help us navigate whatever arises in our daily lives, including the more difficult moments, and transform them into opportunities for cultivating lasting inner peace and happiness.

We will also explore ancient meditations that have been practiced and proven for centuries, that are just as effective today in resolving our personal challenges.

Everyone Welcome.
