Finding Peace in the Digital Age • Half-Day Course

About the Half-Day Course

Is it possible to find genuine peace in this digital age?

We live in a fast-paced world filled with distractions, constant notifications, and endless comparisons. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, restless, and disconnected from ourselves. But peace doesn’t come from switching off the world—it comes from changing the way we relate to it. Buddha’s timeless wisdom shows us how to stay calm and centred, no matter what is happening around us.
At this half-day course, Buddhist monk and National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Rabten will share practical Buddhist insights and guide simple meditations to help us step back from the busyness of life, quiet the inner noise, and reconnect with clarity, focus, and joy.
Everyone welcome.
