How to Deal with Difficult People • Half-Day Course
This course will now be offered only in-person.
About the Course
Let’s face it, everyone has someone in their life that they find difficult to be around. Whether it be a challenging work colleague or boss, a disagreeable partner or an opinionated family member. These strained relationships can often weigh down on us over time, leaving us stressed and frustrated, as well as leading to disharmony both at work and at home.
In this course we will explore powerful meditations that will enable us to view others more constructively and to respond to what they do more effectively. Practising and becoming familiar with these meditations gives us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
