About the Course
Depression is very common and can affect almost everyone, at any time. Depression causes us to feel deeply unhappy about our life, isolated and hopeless. We can also suffer from excessive self-criticism and discouragement, which blocks our capacity for authentic personal and spiritual growth.
In this half-day course Buddhist monk, Kelsang Lachpa, will show us how to apply the profound methods of Buddhist psychology and meditation that enable us to cultivate mental habits that are uplifting, encouraging and empowering, and become the confident, joyful and positive person we wish to be. Everybody welcome.
