Gen Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. Gen Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 16 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Gen Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.

Online access to our classes is only available for monthly members living in the Greater Wellington region. To receive online access, please sign up for a membership, create an account if you don't already have one, and then contact the Education Programme Coordinator to request online access.
Your account will be granted access to a members page which will display the video live-streams. Sessions will only be live-streamed and will not be available to watch later.
