Enjoy friendly company, inspiring and heart-warming teachings, and be guided in peaceful meditations that you can take into daily life.

Discover how to transform life’s challenges into a source of inner strength, peace, and fearlessness.

In this weekly class series, we will learn the Buddhist practice of transforming adverse conditions into the spiritual path; a practical method to reduce anxiety, develop resilience, and maintain a positive mind even in difficult times.

Who was Buddha? What is dharma? What is Buddhism all about?

Explore the foundations of Buddhism in this weekly meditation class series. Perfect for beginners and anyone wishing to deepen their understanding, these practical teachings introduce essential Buddhist topics such as karma, rebirth, renunciation, and the path to liberation.

Each class offers simple, practical advice to help solve everyday problems, develop inner resilience, and cultivate lasting peace of mind. Through guided meditation and clear explanations, you’ll discover how to meet life with greater calm, wisdom, and an open heart.
Buddha explained that all painful emotions are states of mind. Following Buddhist wisdom, we can understand where our painful feelings come from and how to gradually free ourselves from them.

In this class series we will explore how it is possible to stay calm and respond constructively even when painful feelings arise. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and trying to escape from our feelings, we’ll learn how to be at peace with painful feelings and uncover their deeper causes. By training in these meditations, we can learn the tools for changing our mind – from negative and painful to positive and peaceful.
