A different topic, or series, is taught every few weeks. See below for topics and dates.

Class Format

Each class begins with a simple guided meditation to make the mind peaceful and let go of distractions. The teacher will then give a talk based on the class topic, and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy daily lives. Topics & Dates

Inner peace and contentment are elusive. We restlessly seek something or someone to bring us the happiness we long to experience.

In this series we will use Buddha’s timeless wisdom, to guide us towards unravelling the mechanisms in our mind that cause us to experience painful feelings of dissatisfaction and craving. We will explore clear and compelling methods to develop stable and enduring peace of mind.

Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. In this series we will gain a deep insight into our mind and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.

Learn how to be happy and content in our modern ever-changing lives. Discover that difficult people and situations have no real power to cause us problems, but can even help us develop real peace of mind.

Venue & Parking

The class is held at the Coastlands Aquatic Centre. There is a parking lot in front of the Aquatic Centre.
