Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. Beginners welcome. No booking required.

A different topic, or series, is taught every few weeks. See below for topics and dates.

Class Format

Each class begins with a simple guided meditation to make the mind peaceful and let go of distractions. The teacher will then give a talk based on the class topic, and explain how we can integrate beneficial ways of thinking into our busy daily lives. The class concludes with a second meditation so that we are confident to practise on our own.

Afterwards, there is an opportunity for questions and refreshments.

Topics & Dates

If we wish to enjoy good relationships it is essential that we learn to distinguish between love and attachment. While love brings only good results and happiness, attachment brings only problems and suffering such as craving, jealousy, dependence and conflict.

During this series we will learn how to distinguish between these minds and free ourselves from attachment while cultivating a pure love for others.

Start your journey towards mental freedom by learning how to overcome the causes of fear. In this series you will learn simple, creative ways to respond to adversities. These techniques naturally create a more positive outlook and build resilience, no matter what challenges life brings.
During this four-week series we will discover the deep peace and clarity of our own mind through clear explanations and beautiful guided meditations. We will also learn methods to free our mind of distracting thoughts and practical ways to reduce stress and feel more at peace with ourselves.
