Topics & Dates
There are times in our lives where we feel overwhelmed with uncertainty. It seems like we have no choice but to feel tense and troubled until our life regains some degree of stability and predictability. Uncertainty is an ever-present characteristic of life, so it is essential that we learn to face it fearlessly.
In this course, transform your experience of uncertainty with simple, practical ways of thinking that function as strong inner protection against unhappiness.
Life…. work hard, save money, try to find meaning in relationships, search for ‘happy ever after’. After a few years or decades, that formula doesn’t seem to be working. Is it broken? In our increasingly uncertain world are we beginning to feel purposeless and lost? If we combine our normal daily life with Buddha’s teachings on inner peace we will wake each day with renewed enthusiasm, content in the knowledge that we are actively progressing towards happiness, regardless of the circumstances of our life. This course will reveal how to transform daily life into the path to happiness, giving every moment direction and meaning.
