Please note that the final class for 2022 was on December 16. Check back early next year to find out when classes will resume for 2023.
Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. Beginners welcome. No booking required.
