Topics & Dates
Learn meditations that empower you to take back control of your mind and overcome procrastination.
In this series, we will learn how to set up a daily meditation practice for a happy life and stable self-esteem, how to energize and uplift the mind, and find direction in our life.
On this course we will explore practical methods for improving and transforming our relationships with our family, friends, colleagues and others. Through practising the meditations taught on this course, we can learn to let go of painful minds towards others and replace them with minds of loving kindness and patience that bring real joy and inner peace.
Inner peace and contentment are elusive. We restlessly seek something or someone to bring us the happiness we long to experience.
In this series we will use Buddha’s timeless wisdom, to guide us towards unravelling the mechanisms in our mind that cause us to experience painful feelings of dissatisfaction and craving. We will explore clear and compelling methods to develop stable and enduring peace of mind.
Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind. In this series we will gain a deep insight into our mind and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives.
