Breaking Bad Habits • Half-Day Course
About the Course
We all have bad mental habits that seem hard to break. These limiting ways of thinking and behaving make us feel stuck, unhappy, discouraged and out of control. Although we make an effort to change, we often find ourselves engaging in the same habit patterns over and over again without a clear method or strategy for how to break free from them.
At this meditation course Kelsang Lachpa will explain the negative mental patterns that keep us compulsively engaging in harmful behaviours that hurt ourself and others. Through understanding Buddha’s teachings on the mind we can gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness.
