In this public talk held at Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington, learn how to make your busy mind peaceful, and experience the real happiness that brings. You will receive practical advice for a busy life and enjoy guided meditations for greater peace of mind.

Venue & Parking
The Centre is located close to the Nairnville Recreation Centre. There is street parking available in the surrounding streets (including Calcutta St). Please do not park on Ardross Avenue as parking spaces are very limited and reserved for the residents on that street.
