Unguided Amitayus Retreat
About the Retreat
Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, merit, and wisdom. By engaging in this practice, we can develop these qualities and eventually attain the deathless state of a Buddha.
The retreat sessions consist of chanted prayers sung in English and time for silent mantra recitation. The first session will begin with an introductory talk by Buddhist monk Kelsang Lachpa.
Cost
Each session is free of charge, just drop in to any or all of them. If you are able to attend only one session, do try to come to the first one as it includes an introduction.
