An Evening Talk: The Power of Positive Thinking
with internationally renowned teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten
Tuesday 10th April  |  7 – 9pm

$20 | $10 members
at St. Andrews Centre, 30 The Terrace, Wellington

The best way to enjoy a happy and meaningful life is to abandon negative attitudes and to think more positively. Buddha’s teachings give us the wisdom to identify and let go of the perspectives that keep us stuck in habitual, negative patterns of thought. By developing the skill to authentically transform our mind through meditation we can change the way we view our self, others and the world around us, and in this way become more flexible, light and happy in daily life. Everyone is welcome to this event.

Internationally renowned teacher and Kadampa Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Rabten, is visiting New Zealand in April 2018. Take this special opportunity to hear this inspiring speaker while he is in Wellington and discover the power of positive thinking for yourself. Gen Kelsang Rabten, is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of Kadampa Buddhism for New Zealand, Australia and South East Asia. He has studied and taught modern Kadampa Buddhism for more than 25 years. He is much loved for his insight, humour and practical explanations of meditation and Buddhism.
