ABOUT THE COURSE
Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind.
On this day course we will gain a deep insight into our mind, and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives. Learn how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us and make us unhappy, and replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones. Start to make happiness your immediate reality.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
The Teacher of this course is Kelsang Shechog, a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. Kelsang Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skilful teachings.
