Choose Happiness – 3 Week Course
with Kelsang Shechog

If we wish to lead the happy life we all long for then we need to learn how to develop and maintain positive states of mind. By training in meditation and mindfulness techniques we can all develop the ability to follow thoughts and ideas that lead to happiness, rather than being lead along by strong negative emotional habits.

In this three week series of classes Kelsang Shechog will explain how we can gain the power to free ourself from stress, worry and other negative emotions, and instead tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy. Each class will consist of guided meditations, practical advice and an opportunity to ask questions. Everyone is welcome.


Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.

Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
